How should I take care of my Quia Omni pieces? Always store your jewellery individually in a cool, dry place - preferably in your Quia Omni box or pouch. This is to prevent your favourite pieces from rubbing together, getting scratched or tangled. This will also prevent any oxidation from taking place. |

What payment methods are available and payment security? We accept all major payment methods depending on your chosen delivery country including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can also pay for all or part of your order using Quia Omni gift cards. At Quia Omni, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Quia Omni employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of the purchase details from our site to Shopify Payments are encapsulated using their encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. Shopify Payments is level 1 (the highest level) PCI DSS compliant. |
What materials are your pieces made from? |
Do you offer Gift Packaging? All your Quia Omni orders come beautifully gift packed as standard. This includes our signature pull out jewellery box and velvet pouch (which also makes for safe keeping for your pieces too!). Complimentary jewellery polishing cloths and care information are also provided. |
Can I cancel an order? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. However, you can return your order once you have received it. Please find further details on returns here. |
Are the products pictured on the website actual size? Computer monitors vary in size, so it is impossible to show an actual size image on over the Internet. We do however provide measurements of each of our pieces and endeavour to show each piece worn by a model wherever possible. |
I never got a order confirmation email? Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you have not yet received your order confirmation email. Otherwise, contact us via our contact us form and we will be able to send you the information you need. |
How do I know my ring size? All our rings are fully adjustable. Therefore, not only do you not have to stress about which size to get, you have the option to stack, layer and change up the fingers you want to wear your rings on. |
